Each of our Board Members has a personal and/or professional
connection to the founders of 4Sight and their daughter, Charlotte.
All members serve on the Board on a voluntary basis and are
enthusiastic and passionate about 4Sight and its mission.
Meghan Wismer, M.S.W. President
Meghan Wismer brings a wealth of personal and professional
experience to the Board. She is legally blind due to congenital
cataracts and glaucoma and has a daughter with similar vision
problems. Meghan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from
West Chester University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from
Temple University. In her social work career, she has worked in a
number of areas including individual, group, and family therapy,
mental health, drug and alcohol addiction, and children and youth
services. She currently works as a Marketing Specialist for a major
telecommunications company.
Meghan enjoys music, singing, computers, dance, and crafts. She
lives in Drexel Hill, PA with her husband, Jamie, and their daughter,
Charlotte.
Stephanie Gaboda is an active member of the 4Sight Board. She has
over 20 years experience in health care administration and practice
management. She has a talent for networking and creating enthusiasm
which is vital to our organization.
Stephanie enjoys reading, cooking, cycling, and spending time with
family. She lives in Blue Bell, PA with her husband, Dan. She has
two sons and one granddaughter.
Julie Gerhardt is the mother of Meghan (Board President) and has the
personal experience of raising a child who is visually impaired.
She co-founded Parents and Cataract Kids (PACK) in 1982 and has
helped many families in need. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech
Pathology from Michigan State University and is currently employed as
an Executive Assistant at a large pharmaceutical company.
Julie enjoys knitting, reading, interior decorating, and spending
time with her friends and family. She also runs her own business,
JJ Gerhardt Wedding Day Management.
She lives in Drexel Hill, PA and has three daughters and five grandchildren.
Sean Rinda is highly knowledgeable in financial matters. He has
served on the Board for a number of business organizations and has
experience owning and managing his own business. He currently works as a Regional Manager for a large financial institution.
Sean enjoys hiking, fishing, skiing, surfing, and music. He lives
in Drexel Hill, PA with his wife, Katie, and their daughter, Annabelle.
Jamie Wismer helped co-found 4Sight with his wife, Meghan.
Their daughter, Charlotte was born with cataracts and has glaucoma.
He has a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in English from
West Chester University. He is dually certified as a Special
Education teacher for grades K-12 and as an English teacher.
Jamie has worked as a Special Education teacher in a residential
treatment facility and in public middle school. He currently teaches
ninth and twelfth grade English at a public high school.
Jamie enjoys music, reading, cooking, writing, playing guitar,
and computers. He lives in Drexel Hill, PA with his wife, Meghan,
and their daughter, Charlotte.
Denise originally approached 4Sight in search of support and has since become a valued member of the 4Sight team. Denise lives in Lansdale, PA with her husband, Jason, and their two daughters Molly and Lindsay.
Will Anninger, M.D. Medical Advisory
Will Anninger acts as the Medical Advisor for 4Sight. He is an
attending physician at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the
division of Pediatric Ophthalmology. He is also an Assistant Clinical
Professor of Ophthalmology with the University of Pennsylvania and
Scheie Eye Institute. Dr. Anninger received his Bachelor's Degree
from University of Michigan and his medical degree from Dartmouth

from 1990-1993.
Will enjoys mountain activities, woodworking, and spending time with
family. He lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and
two children.
Jane McNerney acts as the Legal Advisor for 4Sight. She received
her Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's Degree in Education
from Hunter College. She obtained her Law degree from J.D. Delaware
Law School of Widener University. She is a practicing attorney in her
own practice. Jane is a library volunteer and serves on the Boards for
the local library and the Community Art Center.
Jane enjoys reading and gardening. She lives in Media, PA.
Michael Gerhardt serves as the Marketing Advisor to 4Sight and
brings personal and professional wisdom to the Board. He has a
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and
an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University. He has a long career
in Marketing, Sales, and Advertising. He is also the father of
4Sight's President, Meghan, and has the experience of raising a
child who is visually impaired.
Michael enjoys golf, writing, reading, and traveling. He lives
in Newtown Square, PA with his life partner, Renate, and has
three daughters.
Dan Gaboda serves as a General Advisor to the Board. He is a
Systems Administrator for a software company. He has been a long
time supporter to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and an advocate
for a number of children's organizations.
Dan enjoys cooking, classic cars, running, and coin and stamp
collecting. He lives in Blue Bell with his wife, Stephanie, and
has one granddaughter.
